Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding, your first campaign build, and training are included in every plan.

What counts as an advocate?

A unique supporter record in your account — anyone who has taken an action or been added to your list. Duplicates are merged automatically and don't count twice.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing month.

Do you charge per message or per action?

No. Every plan includes unlimited campaigns and messages across all seven channels. Advocate growth campaigns are billed separately, per verified action, at a rate agreed up front.

Is billing monthly?

Yes. Plans bill monthly with no long-term contract. Ask us about annual agreements for larger programs.
